Bottle shared with Nick. It pours clear rich oily amber - brown with a few bubbles on the head. The aroma is rich, oily, chewy, toothy, ripe old fruits, dried apricot, peach, date, fruity and whisky. The taste is chewy, toothy, sticky, banana bread, toffee, tannin, spicy, fruit cake, whisky, date, prune, warming, toothy, oak and tannin with a slick, toothy finish. Medium body, limiyed carbonation and oily mouth feel. Would benefit from be more carbonated for sure, but it was fun nonetheless.
