Bottle at home. It pours lightly hazy golden with a thick, foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, fragrant, zingy citrus, zesty, lemon sherbet, pomelo, estery, melon, pear, brioche and sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, lemon sherbet, zingy, pithy, floral, grassy, slightly soapy, cracker, peppery spice and some melon with a drying finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, lively carbonation. Interesting stuff. Quaffable and moreish.
