Keg at North Hop. It pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet melon, pineapple chunks, wet grass, leaves and some custard creams. The taste is crisp, dry, clean, grassy bitterness, metallic notes, minerals, leaves, forest floor, straw, dull florals and some pithy citrus. Finish is dry. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Good example of the style.
