Keg at Brick. It pours haY purple with a small off-white head. The aroma is earthy, tangy, juicy, fruity, candied beetroot and some woodiness. The taste is dry, tart, bright, kick of acidity, earthy, candied beetroot, lactic, good mouth - pucker, bit of sherbet and granny smith apple skin. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bight and fruity. Rather tasty.
