Cask @ The Grove, Huddersfield. Light textured (feels thin but isn't), black with an off-white head. It's crisp with light roasted malts in a mainly dark-malt ale.

Cask at Shelverdine Goat House. It pours opaque black with a medium tan head. The aroma is earthy, rich roasted malt, cacao, liquorice, bit of umami, blackcurrant, plum and cracked black pepper. The taste is roasted malt, bitter - sweet, toasty, cacao nibs, milk chocolate, dark fruits, plum, wood bark and some charred wood with a drying, toasty finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Rather good for the low abv. Nice one.
