Cask at Four Thieves. It poura clear deep brown with a medium bubbly beige head. The aroma is rich, sweet, molasses, burnt toffee, earthy, wood, resin and fruit cake. The taste is way more bitter than expected, some astringency, drying black tea, fruit, earth, resinous, spice, wood, twig, dirt, burnt toast and earth finish is very dry and abut astringent. Medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty harsh and harsh. Very woody and also astringent in places. Not so great.
