Keg at Cerveteca Lisbon. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a decent white head. The aroma is funky, musty, barnyard, brett, dirt, cat litter and lemon. The taste is dry, lactic, sour, lemony, zesty, earthy, funk, biscuit, hay, touch of cheesecake and light acidity with a dry finish. Light body and fine, foamy carbonation. Balance and drinkability is there. I would always opt for more tartness, but found it decent for style anyhow.
