Cask at Four Thieves. It pours clear gold with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, tropical fruits, stone fruits, apricot, peach and some tangerine. The taste is pretty bitter upfront, firm dryness, tropical fruits, grapefruit peel, pithy, light soap, earth, pine needles and mild astringency with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty bitter. Refreshing.
