Cask at the Blisland Inn, Cornwall. It pours clear deep amber - brown with a thick off - white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, toffee, touch of fruit cake and malt loaf. The taste is smooth, bitter, wood, earth, toffee, light leather, light spice and brown bread with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Great condition. Decent enough bitter.
