Bottle at La Cave a Bulles. Gusher! It pours cloudy deep brown with a decent off-white head. The nose is rich, sweet, cherry cola, dried fruits, fruit pie, stewed orange, spice and toast. The taste is toasty, charred wood, burnt dark fruit, earth, dried berry and quite a decent hit of spice, with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and pretty high carbonation. Aroma is particularly nice. Taste is a bit dry, but its good anyway.
