Keg at Draft House, Seething Lane - London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a creamy white head. Lots of pithy, rindy citrus in the nose, lemon and grapefruit, some sun-kissed hay. Light sweet flavor, dry and minerally, with more pithy citrus, bitter rind and grass, pine needles. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, dry, with yet more pithy and bitter citrus fruits, a little grain husk, straw. A concise beer - it does what it does without ambiguity.

Keg at Draft House Tower Bridge. It pours clear pale gold with a medium white head. The nose is soft, fresh, fragrant, juicy, tangerine, stewed apricot, peach, grass, straw and honeysuckle. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, grassy action, dankness, straw, citrus peel, pithy lemon, sherbet and some florals with a dry. Light body and lively, effervescent carbonation. Crisp, fresh and crushable. Great session gear.
