Keg at Six Deg North. It pours cloudy amber-brown with a small beige head. The nose is soft, sweet, fresh elderflower, grassy, toffee, bread, raisins and fruit cake. The taste is bitter-sweet, toffee, caramel, spicy saison yeast, big hit of florals, grass, brown bread, alcohol boost, very earthy and wood with a warming finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good fun, but it is just a bit too boozy for me.
