Bottle at Beer Diet, St. Petersburg. It pours clear dark amber with a small white head. The nose is piney, resinous, varnish, oily, fruit cake, prune and date. The taste is very bitter, piney, varnish, resin, hop astringency, leather, wood, booze boost, peppery and light fruit cake with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Very bitter indeed. Almost astringent. Good, bit perhaps a bit too much!
