Cask at Willow Walk of all places! It pours clear amber with a small, bubbly white head. The nose is resinous, oily, earth, apple and pear. The taste is pretty bitter, earthy, wood, resin, big apple character, appletiser, pear, light alcohol and mild astringency with a lingering dry-bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Not my favourite in the series, but not bad. A touch rough around the edges, but drinkable anyhow.
