Cask at CASK pub and kitchen. It pours dark brown with a small beige head. The nose is earthy, toasty, brown bread, wood and mild cocoa sweetness. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy, toasty, a hint of coffee, wood, leather and very light sweetness with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. All comes together rather well. Balanced and very drinkable. A solid mild for sure.
