Cask at the four thieves. Clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white foam cap. Aroma is nice berry hop with light citrus. Light base malts. Flavour has a good balance malt / hop, base malts and berry, lemon hop. Palate is medium light, moderate carbonation. A well put together beer.

Cask at the source. It pours clear golden-amber with a decent white head. The nose is fresh, juicy fruits, citrus, pine, toasty bread and just a hint of sulphur. The taste is smooth, bitter-sweet, grapefruit, pine needles, grass, varnish, light biscuit and light pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Fresh, well rounded and rather drinkable. Very drinkable. My favourite laine pale ale to date.
