Cask gravity at Wallington BF 2014. It pours clear red-amber with minimal head. The nose intense sweet tangerine, mandarins, orange, oily and floral/potpourri. The taste is bitter, earth, mandarin peel, orange oil, resin, some astringency, cake, floral, pepper, waxy and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Intense oily orange action. Interesting and punchy.
