Keg at Hanging Bat, Edinburgh. It pours murky amber-brown with a small white head. The nose is brown bread, raisin, dried cranberry, light toast, red grape skin and dull jamminess. The taste is bitter-sweet, tart fruits, citrus, raisin, brown bread, mild acidity, earth and leather with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent fruity stuff going on, but a bit earthy for my liking. Not bad.
