Cask at the Rake. It pours golden-amber with a small white head. The nose is earthy, hay, dough, stone fruits and citrus peel. The taste is bitter, orange peel, grapefruit, peppery spice, earth, muffin and hay with dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Straightforward and easy drinking. Good deal of bitterness, but not a whole lot to it...
