Cask at CBR 2014. It pours cloudy gold with a small white head. The nose is barnyard, play-dough, salt & vinegar crisps, hay, grass and rice cakes. The taste is soft, peachy, apple, pear, bread, some diacetyl and barnyard with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Not quite tart enough for my liking and a touch too buttery. Fun to try anyways.

Cask-conditioned at the Beer Emporium, Bristol 19/2/2014. Hazy, pale yellow with a decent, frothy white head. Sharp, bitter lemon and elderflower aroma with a yeasty edge. Sour on the tongue, with more lemon, some sherbet and a lingering finish with an elderfower edge. Excellent and highly refreshing.
