Cask at CBR 2014. It pours cloudy amber with a tiny bubbly white head. The nose is tangy, sour, cider vinegar, earth, wet wood, barnyard, fruit salad and sherbet. The taste is tangy, tart, good hit of acidity, lactic, Granny Smith apple, cider vinegar, wood and light vanilla with a tangy finish. Medium body and low carbonation. A pretty punchy sour. Tart and tasty.
