Cask, gravity dispense at Beer Rebellion,. It pours clear amber with a minimal off-white head. The nose is caramel, grainy, earth, wood and light spice. The taste is wood, earth, watery, caramel, ripe fruit and peppery notes with a dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. A bit thin and disappointing... Not much to it.
