Keg at Craft Beer Rising. It pours clear amber with a small off-white head. The nose is lemon sherbet, gooseberry, white grape, trifle, light spice and custard. The taste is hay, creaminess, spice, earth, pithy citrus, sherbet, white grape and light metallic. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty solid dry-hopped saison. Nice.
