Cask at Craft Beer Rising. It pours golden amber with a medium white head. The nose is earth, sourness, faint farmyard, vinegar, floral, sweet orange, peach, marmalade and white grape . The taste is pleasantly sour, orange, peach, grapefruit, some vinegar, faint vomit, spic, and earth, with a dry lightly tart finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Sweet-sour balance is spot on. A very interesting brew indeed. Nice work sharps!
