Cask at the Sultan in Merton. It pours very dark red-brown with a thin beige head and low carbonation. The nose is wood, dark fruit and cheesy hops. The taste is wood, lime, fig, roasted malt, leather, liquorice, light spice and bitter chocolate, with a dry finish.
