Cask at the Pigs Ear 2011, London. Pours very cloudy, pale yellow with a faint head. Yeast and light coriander in the nose. Light sweet flavor with spices and slightly herbal bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly yeasty on the finish, lightly sweet, with some biscuity malts. So so.

Had@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some fruits, wood, spices and mild yeasty notes. Flavour is quite similar. Kind of a mix of witbier with a more dry and tart hefeweizen. Some Italian webpage said "Tipo blanche o wit", so I suppose it’s supposed to be a Belgian Wit.
