Bottle at home, courtesy of the Marlobobo guys. Deeper, copperish ruby pour. Nose is big, sweet apples, cinnamon, some vanilla, dark sugar/maple. Taste opens sweet, caramel covered apples with some maple on the side, sparkled with cinnamon and some vanilla, but then the sweetness combines with a much needed acidity for balance, a bit tannic, a bit fruity, a beautiful merge. Big, desserty, respectable.
