Keg at IMBC 2018, session 4. Pours Clear, rep brown with a creamy tan head. Good stuff all around, jammy berries, toasted wood, cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. A little oily. Rounded finish, some baking cocoa, more ripe berries, red wine, woody dryness. Really good stuff.

Keg at IMBC. It pours darkest brown with a small tan head. The aroma is juicy, tangy, sour cherry, fruit cordial, cherry jam, vinous, red grape, oak and kirsch. The taste is slick, tangy, oily, cherry, boozy warmth, vinous, red wine, fruit compote, roasted malt, rawness, kirsch, cacao nibs and earth with a drying finish. Medium+ body, fine carbonation and soft carbonation. Nice fruit character, but it is a bit hot and raw.

Keg at the indy man beer con, session 4. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a sticky mid tan head. Aroma is sour woody bark, cherry, nutty malts, bark, soft roast. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, earthy brown sugars, lacto sour, not much cherry, woody roast, jammy fruits.. Musty wine.. Not bad. Lingering bark.
