Handpump at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome-Italy. Cloudy light amber color, gassy white cap. Nose: nutty, fresh English character. Mouth: how good! Sweet nutty, round malty, proper ale with a fine and chicory finish. Wow!

Cask at Malt & Hops, Leith. It pours clear amber with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is rich, oily, resinous, grapefruit and piney sting. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, peppery, spice, grapefruit, piney, resinous, piss and a kick of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Chewy and resinous. Fun stuff.
