Bottle from Salt Horse. Hazy golden body with a thin white film. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of yeast, cardboard and apricot. Flavour of biscuit, dust, white pepper and hay. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Messy and rough.

Keg at Six Degrees N Edinburgh. It pours clear pale yellow with a tiny white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, herbal, grassy, green and cracker. The taste is crisp, bone dry, grassy, straw, light floral, bitter citrus peel, peppery spice and some minerals with a drying finish.. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, clean and chuggable. Nice stuff.
