Keg at Salt Horse. It pours cloudy bright golden with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, straw, toasty grain, grass, melon, sweet white grape, gooseberry crumble and floral accents. The taste is pretty dry, crisp, straw, crackery malts, minerals, peppery spice, pear skin and melon with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not quite sure the taste lives up to the aroma, but its a good go at this emerging style.
