500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, dense, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Minimally bready, sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of both, fresh and dried banana, a touch of clove and vanilla. Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, mildly yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of banana, a touch of clove and vanilla.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, almost creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Very mild, homogeneous, smooth - enjoyable.

Bottled, from Biershop Baden-Württemberg. Cloudy pale golden, creamy head. Aroma of mashed banana and bicarbonate. Sweetish with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Mashed banana dominates, notes of cloves, mouldy autumn leafs and spun sugar. Low bitterness.

Trübes goldgelbes Weizen mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig, minimal würzig.

Im Antrunk sehr schön hefig-frisch, im Hauptteil etwas herb mit feiner Zitronennote. Der Nachgeschmack ist mir aber einen Tick zu muffig....

A blonde beer with a small head. Weak aroma. Light hoppy taste. Slightly bitter finish. A simple beer but easy to drink and quite well balanced.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, herbs, bubble gum, pineapple, fruity, light banana. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, citrus. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111115]

Hefig-prickelnder Antrunk, etwas wässrig. Im Mittelteil versiegt die Hefigkeit, das Bier wirkt dumpf und etwas abgestanden. Etwas herb und getreidig, wässrig bleibend, langweilig. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of dusty hops, banana, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat, as well as lighter notes of dusty hops and hints of cardboard. Thanks to Papsoe.

Bottle: Pale golden, big fluffy white head, quite stable; delicate lemony and wheaty nose; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; sweet fruity finish with the faintest illusion of tartness. Average, unspectacular Hefeweizen.........

Bottle, 5.1%. Banana aroma, a little plastic. Sparkling, cloudy orange colour. Nice and big, stable, rocky white head. The flavour is nicely and distinctly wheaty with a little banana. Finishes citric. Good wheat mouthfeel. Classic example of a German Hefeweizen, and a well-made one.
