Mangusti-Saison on perinteisellä käsityöosaamisella pantu belgialaistyylinen ale-olut. Huolella valittujen maltaiden tasapainoinen kokonaisuus yhdessä hillityn arvokkaan humaloinnin ja hedelmällisen pintahiivan kera tekevät tästä artisaanioluesta oivan kumppanin erityisesti lintu- ja kalaruuille. Suodattamaton ja pullokypsytetty Mangusti-Saison herää jukkaansa nautittuna n. 9-11 asteisena.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - #235/400, thanks VastActiv, at tiong’s tasting, 20160109) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and yeast. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, sweetness, acridness and bitterness. Aftertate was watery and unpleasantly bitter. An unpleasant saison.

Bottle 0.75l at tiong’s, Espoo. Bottle number 235/400. Colour is cloudy golden with large thick white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, yeast, tackiness, harshness, Belgian yeast and some malts. 0.75l could be challenge to only one person.

Bottle #235/400 - Pours cloudy yellowish with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, earthy notes, stuffy malts and off notes. Taste is yeasty, stuffy and messy with hints of earthiness and ripe fruits. Finish is stuffy and yeasty with some messy flavors. Quite yeasty and stuffy.
