That's right; our traditional powerhouse, German Doppelbock, is one of our favorite beers to imbibe. The pronounced aromas and flavors of rich, toasted malt alongside subtle notes of caramel, molasses, toffee, and baked bread will have you craving more, but be careful not to underestimate that ABV.

On tap at Chuchkey. Pours clear dark amber with a minimal head. Caramel, malt, stone fruit, smoke.

Draft at Churchkey. Poured a clear brown color with a small whit head. Aroma was light herbal, malt. Some toffee, light hop. Flavor was light malt, caramel.

Draft: Poured a caramel translucent with an off white head. Aroma is malty, earthy, bready. Taste is malty, caramel, bready.

Sample at the roost. Murky caramel brown, no head. Earthy nose, malt and carob, some cream soda. Flavor is oddly herbal and even a little spicy. Malt and cookie. Rootbeer barrels. Full bodied. Doesn't pop.
