Einfach ein idealer Durstlöscher in jeder noch so feurigen oder brenzligen Situation.
Durch die Zugabe von Röst- und Karamalz wird der Geschmack des Lagerbiers etwas süsser.

Buying this can at the BP station, Tiefencastel train station. Trying this can before to take the train to Thusis. A classical Swiss amber beer, rather dry with metalic note of perle hop, probably, toffee, dry malt, regular, 24.10.21

Dumpy 33cl bottle as Appenzeller BRAND Löscher: From Beers of Europe; BB 26th January 2022. Poured into an old Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip glass at home on 14th September 2021. Raclette prepped, time for a calm beer before the guest and wife arrive. Clean and clear golden amber body, thin white covering, which soon turned to a wisp and mini-collar. Caramel/malty molasses in the aroma and taste, they forgot to put the hops in and this is a bit of a mess really; even for my sweet tooth. New brewery and regional tick, I've six more beers from these guys to try, hope they get a bit better than this one.

Clear golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of grains, some yeasty and wet bready , as well as metallic notes; taste of a typical lager with some breadcrust, wet cardboard an metallic notes; ok, it is definitely NOT an amber lager; it is a regular pale lager

(bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, deep golden colour with a medium-sized and minimally off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet malty nose with hints of caramel and nuts. Moderately sweet flavour, rather light bodied with a tame carbonation. Delicately nutty cara-malty taste without any hoppy counterpart to speak of; mildly sweetish malty finish with hints of caramel and delicately spicy hops at the very end. A bit boring, but drinkable Lager. 19.VII.16
