Sampled at Ocelot, pours a clear garnet amber with some soapy, white head. Nose has clove, prune, candy, some paint, a little fruitcake. Flavor is sweet with candy and brandy, a little pomegranate syrup, prunes, raisins, cloves. Full bodied, sticky finish. A little hot.

Draft at Ocelot. Poured a clear, dark amber color with a small tan head. Aroma was caramel malts, light sugar cookie notes. Herbal notes, spice, dark fruits. Flavor was sugar cookie, light sweet toffee. Surprised at how smooth it is. Maybe in larger portions it may be difficult to drink, but about 4 oz might be good.
