Brewed and dry-hopped with massive amounts of azacca and citra hops, this india pale ale is bursting with tropical fruit aromatics (mango, ripe pineapple and tangerine) and hints of grass and pine. Balanced bitterness on the palate.

Tap. Pours quite hazy peach orange. Large creamy off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is grassy, a bit of cat piss, lemongrass. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, very Saison like in presentation. Medium body.

4 oz pour on draft at Bluejacket, pre-Snallygaster. Opaque brownish orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, malt. Tastes of citrus, malt, floral. Medium body with a dry finish.

Cask pour at Bluejacket. Poured a very turbid, orange milkshake color with a small wispy, bubbly white head. Aroma was light troipical notes. Light citrus tartness. Very hop forward. Light bitterness. Pleasant but I’ll probably stick to the draft next time.

Some pine and lots of oak and earthy notes. Very bitter finish. Some pineapple. Orange pour with ok head and lacing. Not in the same league as the Picture Book I just had. Tap at brewpub.
