Bottle 750ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate appl, rubbery apples. Flavour is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration, rubbery, thin, appl, tart, green, dry. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20111022]

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up in the Basque region, Northern Spain, July 2011 Pours mid yellow, very light carbonation. There is a real zestiness on the nose with citrus showing, quite forcefuly in fact. Little tingly on the tongue, lemony, tangy, quite nice. Good cider. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0
