Hereford Bulls and local cider, two great prides of our county.

Like the bulls this cider is full of character and rich in flavour and accompanies a nice Herefordshire steak. Taste the heritage of our county in this medium sweet fine cider.

Cask at Y Not Festival, Derbyshire. Rich deep taste, brown bitter-like colour. Essentially sweet with the resinous tang of an 8 percenter. Very nice.

Bottle 568ml. @ [ Tasting by Fin & Loz ].Clear medium orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, toffee - butter, sweet toffeee - apples. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet apples and toffee, thin. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20111022]

Bottle at Fin & Loz’s tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig, Stella & kids consumed Saturday 22.10.11 I picked this up at the Hop Pocket, Bishops Frome, Herefordshire, summer 2011 Pours copper/orange loads of toffee flavours going on here, toffee on nose, far to sweet. Its actually ok after a while but tastes like it is which I guess is just a decent cider that has been watered down I guess or even a re-press? A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2
