Cromwell's Tap House, Shrewsbury. 24th May 2024, Cider and Sausage Fest, shared half-pint from a box. Nice, easy going Cider with a proper apple taste.

Biab at the walkhampton Inn. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fading loose off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody apple brown sugars, bruised apple,. Flavour is composed of medium sweet z sticky white sugars, apple pulp, clean, light spicy ginger in the finish. Palate is semi sweet Sticky, still. Good.

22/4/2022. From BIAB at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours slightly hazy dull golden brown with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, appley, funky, leather, horse blanket, petrol, light spice. Medium sweetness with moderate tartness. Medium body, slightly oily, low carbonation. Nice tangy sweet tart finish. Enjoyed this.

Draught Cambridge Blue. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple funk. Taste is mellow apple, sweetish, with some leathery funky notes. Oily mediim bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Handpump @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Color pesca giallona, mediamente torbida, schiuma praticamente assente. Al naso sentori di mela, stalla, acetico. In bocca è mediamente secco, l'acidità è contenuta, molto tannico, il corpo è veramente esile. Carbonazione soft. Sporco e inconsistente.

Bag in box at jolly judge. Pours pale golden, nose is vinegar, apple, taste is juicy apple, vinegary, dry.
