Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - wheat, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, riped fruit, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, alcohol, riped fruit, sweet sweet riped fruit, candy - riped fruity yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111031]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of humle, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, straw, hops, and a bit of wheat, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange white head. Aroma is mild herbal and light estery. Mild fruity, caramelish and mild bitter. Dry and estery finish. Simple.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a creamy white head - a slow gusher. Spicy, yeasty and estery nose. Solid body, a very sweet fruitiness, yeast and phenols with a powerful and almost boozy finish. A strange bird indeed. 311011

Bottle from Voldby. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste very sweet with lots of syrop, caramel, honey notes, lots of alcohol and malt. A little unbalanced.

Flaske 0,5l. Gave fra Rune. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. OK kremaktig skum. Urtearoma. Brukbart fyldig smak. Samme urtepreg. Lite annet. Søtlig, tørr ettersmak. Flaskestudie avsløret at urtepreget er kamomille. Ikke min smak. KI=5

Bottle. golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is flower, malt, chamomille flower, wheat. flavour is flower, chamomile, malt, wheat, alcohol, yeast, sugar, spices. Full body nice beer.

500 ml bottle @den gode nabo. Slightly dim golden body with a nice but fast diminishing white head. Aroma is fantastic, fruity and floral, sweet toffee and alcohol. Flavor is almost extreme sweet, light malty with molasses, fruity, spicy, flowers, decent bitter and quite alcoholic. Palate feels fat and almost sticky. Aftertaste is mainly sweet with warming alcohol. The first few sip feels like a really pleasant beer for sipping. Unfortunately I was alone with my bottle and actually had to struggle to finish it all. After finishing the bottle I was not able to drink any more beer and feels almost like after eating one kilo of marzipan or something. I had to reduce my originally score some points, normally I’m quite capable to drink this amount of sweet beers, but this one where far above my capasity. Sorry.

500ml bottle, by courtesy of OleR. First pour is almost clear, grey-golden. Last pour is just muddy. Good amount of white foamy head with enduring qualities. Pleasant smell of coriander, wheat, notes of hay and dried fruits like figs. The taste brings sweet, spiced wheat with a touch of floral hops and faint yeast. Sweet fruity endnotes and overall rather sweet. Almost full bodied but not that heavy to drink. Has got its moments of drinking joy (hotel room, Oslo 07.02.2011).
