0.5l bottle from Valken, Bergen. Pours a hazy darkish golden body, with a solid wheat-head. I get some yeast, sweet banana and bacon! Strange.. Medium to full-bodied with low carbonation. Nice warming alcohol not well hidden but really nice, some chocolate hints and orange peel. Must admit that I'm not sure how chamomile tastes, but I'm sure the strange flowery taste is just that. Refreshing and a bit different wheat ale because of the quite clear sweet alcohol notes. Want more of this!

500ml bottle @ Gloria, Kuopio

A strong wheat beer that reminds me of sahti.

Bottle at Cardinal. A nice-looking orangey golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is rather unusual, very flowery, but with an underlying wheat, fruit and hops scent coming stronger as it warms. Some spices and alcohol too. It’s full-bodied and warming in the mouth, quite sweetish, but with a good bitterness. The malty sweetness is almost balanced by the bitterness and spiced touch. Canned fruits, white sugar, flowers, and wheat too, all the way. The alcohol is evident too. Well, it’s nice, but to say it’s a friendly one might be pushing it. Not that it is rude, but it is quite intense. Like it. 101113

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 10%. Cloudy brownish golden colour, moderate white head. Strong wheaty / estery aroma, notes of yeast, cloves, banana and chamomile. The flavour is sweet with strong notes of banana, yeast, spices and chamomile. Powerful and warming mouthfeel. I admit being sceptical to a wheat beer this strong, but Good Force is actually .... well, GOOD. You’ll need an ability to handle a certain amount of sweetness, though.
