(On tap) Clear red brown with nice beige head. Aroma of toast and toffee. Medium body with good carbonation. Taste is rich toasty malt, and dark toffee. Burnt sugar hints in finish give some nice bitter notes. Very good.

Kyoto Arashiyama Scotch Ale 6.8% 25 IBU A ruddy brown color with light beige foam and a soft chocolatey aroma. The taste adds dates, figs, toffee and chocolate buns. Medium bodied. Tasty.
