Tropics all over the aroma. Hazy honeycomb with white head that dissipates but patterns well down the glass. Flavor is also tropics dominated with a bit of a watery mouthfeel.

Tap. Pours quite hazy yellow, small off white head, dissipating to a ring with decent lacing. Aroma is pleasant, stone fruit, dank, mango. Flavor is a bit harsh, pine resin, vegetal notes. Light sweet, light bitter, acidic. Medium body. Odd aftertaste.

Poured from a 12 oz can dated Sept. 18, 2018. Aroma is hop forward with pineapple, mango, guava and citrus notes. Light dank and resin notes. Faint cracker malt notes. Pours a hazy, golden straw color with a medium sized, thick white head that recedes quickly to a thin film that lingers for a bit on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Moderately strong hop notes with tropical fruit being most prevalent followed by lighter, balanced citrus and resin notes. Lots of mango, guava and pineapple. Lighter orange and mandarin with hints of pine. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice IPA. Rather fruity with nice hop notes, a bitterness that isn't too strong and a balanced malt profile in the background. I also appreciate that this comes in at a nice price point compared to other beers these days.
