Pours dark, clear golden ocer. scent is very silent. Traces of honey. Taste is full, sweet, bit fruity, beutifull balance. A certain hint of dryness by the fruit (tannins, dare I say?) but ever so slightly. Lovely !

Bottle sample at Miodosytnia, pours a clear amber. Nose brings out lots of treacle toffee, red berries and decadent honey nectar. Flavour is really honey-forward - tastes like you're licking a beehive. Treacly toffee and brown sugar round this out. Decadent and finely crafted. Fine product.

Bouteille 75cl.

Another rich sample courtesy of Marko who got it from Fiulijn, great thanks to both of them! It poured nice deep golden body with medium legs. Fine aroma of sweetish honey. Sweet flavor, you get honey blow here, was too much for my taste. Full bodied (of course) with long sugary finish. Couldn’t find some higher point in this mead, expected much more. Admit some ground qualities though.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s a clear one, deep chestnut in color. Rather oily pour. Lots of honey and a good dash of oxidation on the nose, some dried fruits blending in. Oily and warming on the palate, full-bodied and certainly tasteful. Honey, more honey, heather hints, dried fruits and oxidation. Lasting finish with a pleasant warmth. Another wonderful mead from S.P. Apis. 111105
