We decided to take the already bangin' aroma of Proven Theory, & take it to a ridiculous level w/ an intense triple dry hopping regimen. Yes, that means that Proven Theory is always double dry hopped as a means of best practice.

16 oz can poured into a tulip. Hazy orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral notes, garlic and onion. Tastes of orange and grapefruit citrus, floral notes, pine, tropical fruit. Medium body with a dry finish. Juicy mouthfeel. Tasty.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy lemon yellow, cloudy white head. Big grassy nose, lemon peel, soap, some scape and scallion. Flavor has more dankness, soapy, garlic scapes, scallion, grass, some sticky pine, some light fruit here, some lemon notes. Dry and chalky on the finish. Nicely done.
