Draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap. 4/12/2012. Pours a cloudy gold with a medium, white head in a snifter. Aroma has notes of clove, sweet grains, light fruits and pretty strong floral hops. Very temping nose! Great marriage between an IPA and trippel. Starts off with sweet citrus, candy sugar, Belgian yeast, light spice, and finishes with bitter hops that linger slightly. Couldn’t tell this has an 8.5 ABV. Really tasty and if I didn’t have to sober up and drive, I would have order another.

Bottle courtesy of Jan & Charlotte, many thanks! consumed at home 29.12.11 Pours hazy yellow/gold with a white head. Tasty beer with yeastiness, fruitiness, decent hoppiness and some nice light tropical touches thrown in. There is a bit of overipe melon and some soft summer fruits, I get peachy and apricot flavours, also a little spicy. I threw this one down me neck a bit quick, very drinkable, very moreish. Once again, big thanks to Jan & Charlotte for this beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Bottle, 22oz. It pours a hazy, orangey golden body and a small, dense, white head. Fruityness, white sugar, some hops and a touch of lemon on the nose. Medium to full body, dry, even though it’s quite sweet. Nice fruityness and a pleasant bitterness, some green pine cones. Bitter finish. A tripel I could drink a few of, it’s tasteful and pleasant. 110820
