We have kicked LCCS us a notch here with Woodford Reserve barrel aging. The original stout cascades into firm bourbon notes and finishes with hints of oak, vanillin, and coconut. Our first BA 500ml bottle release!

Tap. Pours opaque black, small tan creamy head, good lacing. Aroma is tart, funky, Italy, plastic, cocoa, bourbon, cherries. Flavors is light plus tart, weird, but not necessarily bad. Infected or intentional is the real question. Odd plastic undertone, but otherwise a respectable sour stout, if that is what was intended. Medium plus body, creamy mouthfeel. Huh.
