A farmhouse-style saison, with peppery notes produced during fermentation. We add malted rye, which creates spicy flavors that blend seamlessly with a dose of wildflower honey that lends the brew a subtle sweetness.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium off-white head, dissipates fairly quickly but leaves good lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, floral, black pepper, field grass, hints of coriander. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter. Bit of spiciness from the rye malt, but otherwise a down-the middle of the fairway Saison. Medium body.
