Copper spontaneous-fermented beer matured in oak barrels, the "classic" craft beer for meditation. Behind it there is the same inspiration of our Divina, infact it has sour, vinous and fruity hints, with slight wild-flowers notes.
Excellent with red meat, herbal cheeses and goat cheeses, shellfish and fruit tarts.
Good as aperitif, not just during the summer, but also during the coldest seasons.

Bottle @ Ad, thx caesar. Hazy golden colour, fluffy large white head. Aroma is sour apple, citric. Flavour is malty, apple, sour fruits. Sour finish. Wouldn’t call it a barley wine. Very well drinkable.

Bottle: Poured a clear very light copper veering on yellow color beer with a super large white foamy head with perfect retention and excellent lacing. Aroma of tart notes without much acidity and light sweet malt base is perceptible. Taste is dominated by refreshing tart notes and lightly sweet caramel malt with light oak and not very much acidity makes for a refreshing drink. Body is full for style with perfect carbonation. Very interesting though nothing close to a barley wine.
